Protekta Flexjoint is an extremely
flexible polymer obtained through specific polymerisation
of different acrylics. Supplied as a ready to use thick white
paste. Protekta Flexjoint provides a durable and flexible
surface coating. It is a durable and flexible coating for different
parts of the building including roof.
Uses
It can be used on any concrete or natural stone, materials
where expansion and contraction may occur and where strong
bonding with the old surface is required.

Application
1. The surface should be clean and free from dust, loose particles, oil and grease.
2. Pour Protekta Flexjoint in the joint and leave it overnight. It is important that it should
be added or laid in thin layers
(at least 2-3 times) to give the necessary thickness.
Dosage : 15 - 20 Sq.ft./ kg or more,
depending on the surface properties

Protekta Flexicoat is an elastomeric coating to provide waterproofing
of concrete. It is a thick brushable white coating that offer breathable waterproofing
for flat concrete roofs and terraces. This coating is intended for use where flexibility and
strong bonding with the surface is needed.
Uses
It can be used on all type of concrete surfaces, flat concrete roofs, and terraces.

Application
1. Surface preparation should be cleaned and free from loose particles, dust, oil and grease.
2. Damaged spots should be repaired with Protekta 500 based mortar. Cracks should be filled
with Protekta Crackseal.
3. Protekta Flexicoat can be applied by using a roller or brush.
4. Two coatings are need to be applied, the second coat should be applied after the first coat is dry.
Dosage : 15 - 20 Sq.ft./kg or higher, depending on the surface.
Packing : 20 Kg, & 50 Kg, (other sizes available upon request)
Caution : It is very important that the container be kept airtight,
because if exposed to air the product gets oxidized.
Protekta Flexphalt is a novel extensively cross linked co-polymer with
functional groups. Supplied as a white paste, it has the unique ability to bid to surfaces previously
treated with Bitumen. The selective combination of polymers gives a highly desirable combination of
flexibility.
Uses
It can be used on old bitumen surfaces, flat roofs, Basement/below grade tanking systems.
Advantages
• Most effective for protection and repair of roofs and other substrates subjected to expansion and contraction
• Easy application by direct brush coating
• Can be coated over with any flexible slurry, depending on the requirement
• Offers excellent waterproofing while allowing vapor evaporation.
• Resistants to weathering
• Does not block pores and capillaries and allows normal breathing of the building
• Resistants to U.V. light, alkali, carbonation, Cl & SO4
Application
1. The surface should be clean and free from dust, loose particles, oil and grease.
2. Apply Protekta Flexphalt with brush or roller.
3. Flat roofs, using technique of sandwiching a very special gauze between two layers of Protekta Flexphalt, providing
a durable and flexible coating.
4. Basements /below grade tanking systems, by brush coating.
5. Trafficable areas, where a coat of Protekta 400 Spl modified mortar can be laid over Protekta Flexphalt.
Dosage : 15-20 sq. ft. /kg/ coat

Protekta Unicoat is based on co-polymer of various acrylics and
hydrophobic polymers. It contains unique clays and other organic catalysts that together
results in a coating offering excellent weather resistance and toughness.
Uses
It is an ideal as the top coating waterproofing for roofs,
terrace gardens, planter boxes, water tanks, stp.
Advantages
• Provides high abrasion resistance finish to concrete
• Excellent resistance to water, alcohols,
oils, chemical fumes, dilute acids, alkali and most organic solvents
• Being a white top coating it also reflects
sunlight and helps provide a degree of thermal insulation
Application
1. The surface should be clean and free from dust, loose particles, oil and grease.
2. Protekta Unicoat should be applied on the surface by using a brush.
3. Allow to dry.
4. A second coating should be applied.
Dosage : 25 - 30 Sq.ft./kg/coat
