Protekta G is a very effective water-based impregnant and
supplied as two components that are to be combined. Upon application it binds to the
surface and provides strong hydrophobicity to masonary surfaces.
Uses
It can be used for waterproofing of an extensive range of materials like concrete
roof slabs, earth / mud / brick / cement block walls, asbestos-corrugated sheets,
tiled roofs, sandstone walls and pavings, on terracotta and ceramic pavements.
Advantages
• Easy to use product providing good water repellency
• Does not alter the appearance of the treated surface
• Porosity and vapour permeability of treated surface are unaffected
• Emulsion paints can be applied to treated surface
Application
1. The surfaces should be clean and free from dust, loose particles, oil and grease.
2. Apply Protekta Base on dry surface as per application instructions.
3. Fill cracks and joints with crack filling material like Protekta 400 mortar, Protekta
Crackseal or Protekta Flexjoint.
4. Protekta G is supplied as two liquid components as Protekta G and Heart. Just before
application, add Heart into Protekta G and mix
well. Use diluted product within 24hrs.
5. Spray Protekta G evenly using low pressure pump over the entire area to be waterproofed.
Personal protection wear to be used.
6. Two wet-to-wet applications are to be given. Particular care should be taken to see
that vertical surfaces are evenly wetted.
Dosage : 25-30 Sq.ft./L

Protekta C is a water-based, totaly harmless, water repellent, design to protecting seafront
structures (both old and new) against sodium chloride penetration-inhibits concrete cancer
and reinforcing steel corrosion. It is supplied with Heart, to be mixed well just before use.
Uses
It can be used on all type of cementitious surfaces exposed to chloride environment.

• Easy to apply – saves on labour costs
• Acrylic emulsion paint can be painted after treatment
• Offers permanent waterproof protection
• Porosity and vapour permeability of treated surface are unaffected
• Unaffected by traffic
• Surface appearance is unchanged
Application

Protekta PC1B is an aqueous solution excellent water repellency product
that offers deep penetration into and greater consolidation of surface.
Uses
It can be used for all type clay tiles and claddings.
Advantages
• Easy to use product providing good water repellency
• Does not alter the appearance of the treated surface
• Porosity and vapour permeability of treated surface are unaffected
• Emulsion paints can be applied to treated surface
Application
1. The surface should be clean, dry, and free from dust, loose particles, oil, and grease
2. Application ambient temperature should be between 10-30°C.
3. The liquid is sprayed evenly under low pressure over the entire area to be waterproofed.
Two applications to be given. Particular care should be taken to see
that vertical surfaces are evenly wetted.
Dosage : 25-30 Sq.ft./L
Packing : 20L, 50L, & 200L (Other sizes available upon request)
